I. INTRODUCTION

TC-278 Smart OTDR is a new generation of portable and intelligent measuring instrument designed by TUCSON-OPTIC. It supports active OTDR test. The internal integration can help customers effectively solve the field test & maintenance.

TC-278 Smart OTDR is mainly used to measure the length, loss and connection quality of all kinds optical fiber cables. It can also be widely used in engineering construction, line maintenance & testing, emergency repair, the development and production of optical fiber cables.

-- Capacitive Touching Screen: clear, sensitive touch and quick response; can operate by both key and touching screen.

-- Standard function: OTDR, Event Map, Optical Power Meter, Optical Light Source, VFL, Optical Loss Test, RJ45 Sequence, Flash Light, RJ45 Tracker.

-- Keyboard input can edit and save file name and line number.

-- With USB and TF card data interface; easy to export curve data.
